The advise of J-F Hanlet

Created by Ludwig Bösendorfer in response to a request from the pianist Ferruccio Busoni, who transcribed JS Bach's Great Organ Works because the piano lacked notes corresponding to the lowest bass notes of the organ. This model then inspired Debussy and Ravel to compose specific works for the piano, which is therefore the only one that can faithfully interpret them.
